You enthusiasm made it obvious that you enjoy what you are doing. You knowledge of the river and equipment made our trip a success. Thanks for helping with the fly tying as well. The lodging was very adequate also. I would recommend your services to a beginner or a seasoned angler and certainly would be happy to be a referral. We would like to do it again sometime.

Hi Clint:

Marie and I thank you for the great day on the water and trophy steelhead.  We learned alot and it was a fantastic experience.  I can't wait to see the pictures. 

We certainly had a wonderful time staying at the lodge,  the accomodations, personal service,  and you knowledge and experience as a guide made our trip fantaxtic.

I just wanted to say thanks for your hospitality during our visit this weekend.  We could not have picked a better place to stay and everyone who was with me had the same thought.  I will definitely recommend you lodge to anyone who is planning a trip to the Baldwin area.  I hope that we were not too noisy around the fire on Saturday night.

    Thanks again for the guide trip on the Pere Marquette last Friday afternoon.  I learned a lot and have impressed a number of people with the photo of the beautiful trout I managed to get in the boat.  I WILL be back to Baldwin, the Red Moose Lodge, and the Pere Marquette in the future.

Hey there Clint............Actually my friend that stayed there is Bruce.  I went to High School with him in East Lansing and ran into him at a class reunion 7 years ago.  Lost touch with him but a great guy.  He fishes but every time with a guide.  I've fished 32 years for steelhead and salmon and NEVER once took a guide.  My dad was a school teacher and Bruce's dad is a bijillionare.  Bruce has maintained his normal guy status unlike most guys with unlimited $$ at their disposal.  I take him out now and then just him and me walking in and I've got some productive spots on the PM and Big M. and he enjoys it because we usually find fish.  He does not much but fish all over the world.........and I mean Frickin everywhere, Iceland, Ireland, Argentina, Seychelle Islands in the Indian ocean (spend 3 seeks there just before going to your place)  And a fether in your cap for all your hard work on RML:   I took him to your place a few years back and he thought it was very neat, well kept, nice flytying room and overall just a cool place to stay.  This is coming form a guy that is jetting all over the world, eating the best food at country clubs and staying at only the best 5 star hotels all the time.  I meant to tell you that but never got it out to you.  You can pat yourself on the back a few times for making that place what it is.
