Our 2013 Room rates are now broken down into three categories. We have also added a special cancellation/pre-pay policy for the dates of
September 15th through October 15th..Please see below for details!
Winter Rates: December 1st - February 28
Peak Season Rates: September 1st thru October 15th
Holiday/Special events: Blessing of the Bikes, Trout-A-Rama, Memorial and Labor Day Weekends and Fourth of July
Regular Season: March 1 - August 31, October 16 - November 31

2013 Cabin Rate:
Please note that the cabin is NOT located at the motel site. The the Little South Branch" cabin is located less than 1 mile from the lodge.

All rooms and the cabin are now non-smoking.
When renting a room at the lodge or a cabin by the week, your 7th night is free!!
A private bath is included in each room. Daily housekeeping is also included in the above rates.
24 hour front desk Our new polices regarding the dates of September 15 through October 15th are as follows: All customers who have rooms reserved for dates between September 15th and October 15th will be contacted by the Red Moose Lodge Large group/party booking (ie. Birthdays, Reunions etc.)
booking the entire facility will have a minimum 2 nights
required. Large

Check in is anytime after 3:00 p.m. and check out is anytime before 11:00 a.m.
Special circumstances will
be allowed with previous approval.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
All reservations must be cancelled at least 1 week prior to your scheduled
arrival. If cancellations take place
after this time you will be
charged the
full rental amount per room per night.
sometime in early
August to confirm the reservation. Full payment will be expected at the time of confirmation. Cancellations will not
be
accepted after that time any no refunds will be provided. Additionally, customers contacting us within the dates of September 15th and
October
15th and making reservations for the same time period will be expected to provide full payment at the time the reservation is
completed.
bookings require a 50% deposit at time of
reservation. Please also note
that this
reservation fee is non-refundable. If cancellation takes place
at least
1
week prior to your scheduled arrival, the remaining 50% will not be charged.
Pets (no cats please!) are allowed but only in specific rooms. Please notify us when making your reservation if you plan on
bringing your pet.
We will try to
accommodate your needs. At no time should any pet be left in the room
unattended. Fecal matter must
be
picked up by the owner
and
discarded in proper
receptacles.
All Michigan State leash laws apply. For the comfort of our other
guests, no
pets are allowed on any of the
furniture at any time. Additional charges may be applied for failure to adhere to the before mentioned policies.
