Rates and Reservations

Our 2010 Room rates are now broken down into three categories.

Winter Rates: December 1st - February 28

Peak Season Rates: April 1st - April 30th and  September 1st thru October 15th

Holiday/Special events: Blessing of the Bikes and Trout-A-Rama

2010 Cabin Rate:

Please note that the cabin is NOT located at the motel site. The the Little South Branch" cabin is located less than 1 mile from the lodge.

All rooms and the cabin are now non-smoking.

When renting a room at the lodge or a cabin by the week, your 7th night is free!!

Check in is anytime after 3:00 p.m. and check out is anytime before 11:00 a.m. Special circumstances will
be allowed with previous approval.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
All reservations must be cancelled at least 1 week prior to your scheduled arrival. If cancellations take place
after this time you will be charged the full rental amount per room per night. We will make every effort to rent the
room on your behalf. If able, we will not assess you the charges.

Large group/party booking (ie. Birthdays, Reunions etc.) will receive a 10% discount off the rooms when
booking the entire facility (minimum 2 nights required). Large group bookings require a 50% deposit at time of
reservation. Please also note that this reservation fee is non-refundable. If cancellation takes place at least 1
week prior to your scheduled arrival, the remaining 50% will not be charged.

Pets are allowed but only in specific rooms. Please notify us when making your reservation if you plan on
bringing your pet. We will try to accommodate your needs. At no time should any pet be left in the room unattended.
Fecal matter must be picked up and discarded in proper receptacles. All Michigan State leash laws apply. For the
comfort of our other guests, no pets are allowed on the furniture.
